Today I play with the new distress oxide ink pads and I make 2 Mother’s Day cards in the process……I love playing with these inks and found everything people have been saying is true. They blend like butter and give such beautiful colors. Stay tuned because Friday I will be doing more Mother’s Day cards.

I am continuing my coloring Sunday but we are playing with the new Prima Princesses stamps. I took Sydney and stamped her twice, one on watercolor paper and the other on Bristol smooth paper. So sit back and enjoy our coloring Sunday!!!!

Today I used the Hanami Garden paper collection from Kaisercraft and I used the image and sentiment from Technique Tuesday’sBluebells stamp set. It’s the last card in the card kit from Prima we have been coloring a card each week from the kit. it is fun and relaxing to color and its a great way to try different mediums to see which you like best. I hope you enjoy the video and if you watch to the end there are 3 links to previous videos.

It is Friday and every Friday we do a card based off a sketch from Pinterest. I will include the link to my youtube channel below. By doing this sketches it gives me a creative break sometimes and it allows me to focus on making a simple and pretty card and sometimes mass produce said card. The best part you can also use sketches for layouts and so much more. Today’s video is a little longer than I like to have them, but I wanted to share my frustration in getting the sketch image on the card I was working on. So you see me trying to figure out sizes and then I take you through finishing the card. I hope you all enjoy.

What is Happy Mail? For most crafters, Happy Mail is when we get mail other than bills. It could be a card just to say hello, it could be items that we bought online coming in, or how I like to look at it….my crafting drugs coming in. Why, because I get high when my crafting supplies come in and I love watching youtube videos where other people get crafty goodiness……there is no way to explain it. well actually the one year I was unemployed after being laid off, I would watch the youtube videos and I would dream about what I would get if I could……it was sad at first but it really did help at times. So today I helping someone else who like to watch these videos and see the great crafting supplies I just got in…..Have a great day everyone!!!!!!
